WIPILC students gain hands-on experience across all stages of a client matter:
- Client intake and issue-spotting under supervision
- Research and legal information drafting
- Searches and due diligence support (e.g., trademark/prior art searches)
- Drafting/reviewing agreements and policies (where within clinic scope)
- Professional communication and project management
Learning Outcomes
